i've been tossing whole bananas in my freezer for years. I just use 1/2 for a smoothie, but it is so easy to cut into rounds while frozen, then right into blender. Freezing bananas is such a great way to have them available on demand.

To achieve an improved tea flavor, ensure you follow two essential steps in this tea-making style: 1- Cut Tea Leaves: Before steeping, cut the tea leaves into pieces. This enhances the infusion process and allows for a richer flavor profile. 2- Cover the Container: After adding hot water, cover the jar or pot for about 10 minutes. This step helps retain heat and intensifies the extraction of flavors, resulting in a more robust and flavorful tea. Cheers

This is literally the first video I've seen that actually tells you what temp to put them in. I don't know why, but every video just has the prep, and then goes, "now put it in the oven for a bit and they're done". It's so weird how such an important part is left out of so many YT vids. 🤣

I finally made this today & I love it! I simmered many leaves from the sour orange tree + distilled water stove top for maybe 20 minutes then allowed pot to sit on the stove for 3 hours. I'm so surprised by the naturally sweet & intensely orange/ citrus flavor..not overwhelming, but just right. As someone addicted to sugar trying to cut it out this tastes like a treat I shouldn't ingest! Thanks so much for sharing!
